Dear Martin (AND CHRISTIAN) <3,
I KNOW YOU ARE LOVING NEW YORK AND BEING WITH YOUR BOO, haha otherwise I would start by saying I hope you are loving your time getting back to NYC. <3 And for that, knowing you are happy, I am so thankful. As you know I have been in the process of making music from all parts of the spectrum. Genre hopping like frogger lol but I landed for a moment to do a special show for my family in Philadelphia, as well as others all over. Its a show to extend my appreciation for the love I have received during not only my development, but also these recent years in particular. I feel compelled to share that love back as much as I can. I hope this show can be a part of that…spreading positivity and to uplift my own soul and those existing today, despite it all. This particular show stems from a deep appreciation for nature, experimental music and a cache of memories and explorations. This is my first solo live music performance held on the Legato platform. It is my celebration and sharing of life in the moment as we are able. It is my pleasure to invite you and all the individuals who love and care about me to share this experience together on March 20th. The show isn’t showy, it is meditative and builds into some experimental moments, may have a hardcore moment and a sexy donna summer-like moment…its really just about sharing sacred space with gratitude and letting go of a lot worries for an hour. Also funny because it will certainly be very different for the people who are running the platform, I didn’t even have to tell them anything about what I do or will do…but I think that’s because I did visuals for a few of their shows.
